Ownership
We want your ArtSe pieces to feel like wearable art. By ordering, you agree to our terms. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery for orders placed on artse.in. Requests raised after this 5-day window will not be eligible for processing.

Item Rules
Eligible items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags. Items bought during 'No Return' sales or international orders are strictly non-returnable.

The Process
Email artseindia@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos of any damage. We respond within 2–3 business days. If eligible, we arrange reverse pickup or provide self-shipping instructions for you to send the parcel to our Ahmedabad, Gujarat warehouse.

Conditions
Products must be free from stains, perfume, or wear. We take great care, but if an item is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or offer store credit. All returns undergo a quality check upon arrival at our facility.

Store Info
We offer store credit only; no cash or card refunds are provided. Credit is issued within 5–7 business days after approval. You can exchange for items of equal or higher value. Note: once an item is exchanged, it cannot be returned or swapped again.
