After dispatch, you will receive tracking details directly via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can follow your parcel in real-time through our courier partner's portal. If your tracking information hasn't updated for more than 48 hours, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Please note that ARTSE currently only ships within India; international shipping is not available at this time. It is crucial to provide accurate delivery details, as address errors or failed delivery attempts after multiple tries may result in additional re-shipping fees or the issuance of store credit in lieu of a refund.
